由于旁边工地半夜还在开工，整个房间嗡嗡震动，换到了前排的房间，这就不说了。第二天退房忘记拿房卡，前台一直纠结没房卡，态度极差，还不知道我换了房间，反问我怎么拿别的房间房卡来退房，太不专业。
