该酒店就是公寓房改造的公寓式酒店，谈不上豪华也谈不上星级，对外号称国际酒店。设施和硬件一般，电视是坏的，卫生方面沙发上有斑迹，楼层服务员基本找不到。唯一优势就是交通方便，另外街道两侧的美食比较多。
另外，艺龙方面协调了预定房间，但是答应的退差价直到现在（4月20日）也没有解决。
