就很烦，到底是两点退房还是一点退房，同样是通过艺龙有的时候是两点有的时候是一点，如果是一点，你提前打电话也行啊，你十二点多打电话跟我说一点退房，晚了一会多收170，真的烦。

酒店的位置还算方便出门就是轻轨站，附近公交车站也蛮近。酒店房间布局还算合理，酒店服务也还不错，晚上房间的空调出现一点小问题，酒店服务人员耐心解决而且一直在歉意！
