不满意，我和同事出差过来住，地理位置不错，房间服务一般，房间靠马路，尽管住24楼还是很吵，早餐人很多，服务收盘子动作不快，食物不足也没有及时添加，不满意，以后不会再来！

不满意！帮同事预定的，和前台确认说如果赶不及6点前入住是否会取消，前台说会电话确认。结果没有电话竟然取消了。早餐人爆多，服务生没有及时收拾盘子，吃的东西没有了也没有及时补充，🥢也没有。要问服务生取。没有星级的酒店服务还是差一点，而且靠马路，房间有点吵！不推荐！

非常棒的酒店，位于光谷核心地段，周边设施配套齐全，小吃特别多，最值得表扬的就是酒店的前台还有阿姨，前台主动帮我们延迟退房到下午3点，酒店里面还有水果赠送，前台服务超级好还有打扫卫生的工作人员看到客人都会主动打招呼，下次回武汉还来住
