这酒店不合格，网络差，电梯慢，3楼前台微胖男服务员更是一副全武汉都欠他钱的态度，摆一副****脸孔。
网络下单10分钟左右接到单子，他非要给我扯28分钟。
这酒店有这样的服务员，没有尊重宾客。现场没有见到大堂经理，不然，我会让经理找他要一个合理解释，
住的很不愉快，住酒店最好的房间，却比招待所服务差。 卫生做的还好，清洁的阿姨都很好。 一星 ?

很大很多功能的房间，带孩子老公一起住，像在家里一样，就是床只有一张，加床不是太和谐，其他都不错，离地铁站很近，光谷也近。

酒店挺好的。第二天又在艺龙订了一间，钱也预付了，下着大雨回来办入住结果客服说没订成功，问怎么解决艺龙的客服回答是:请你换个酒店或加二百元换房和问一句回一句抱歉。最后还是在某程网站预定成功。真是佩服艺龙客服的能力！
