服务人员很差，在入住的时候发现毛巾上有头发。让服务人员更换，服务人员确说！能用就将就着用呗。说话态度确实很差。还有就是！酒店领导答应给调换房间的事情，入住的客户一直等到晚上11:30也没有调换，这就说明这个酒店的领导一点信誉也没有。既然酒店领导说话不算。就不要轻易的许诺给客户。一点信誉没有。这么一个四星级的酒店。真让人失望

可能太早check in，房间卫生未搞好。想电话前台又没法在电话机或床头找到电话提示，好不容易翻看本子，才找到电话拨打前台，但又没人接电话，最后改打大堂经理才接电话，真的蛮周折的。房间设施较为齐全，但较旧。酒店内甚至于房间内消费都无法开进房费发票呢，第一次见，感觉奇葩。
