虽然四星，但是房间设施，服务等绝不输给江城的普通五星酒店。尤其值得称赞的是酒店提供的免费商务舱送机场和汉阳站服务，司机礼貌热情准时准点。酒店很有特色和文艺范

位置在汉口里商业街里面，房间非常不错，周边餐饮发达，就是打车困难了点，不过机场火车站都有免费接送。

除了位置，其他都很好，尤其接送高铁站的服务，既彬彬有礼又很实用，只是出租车难叫，听说园博园本身是个垃圾场。
