房间超级大且干净，服务态度很好，非常热情，酒店位置出行也很方便，门口就有超级大免费停车场，房间里窗户朝阳阳光通透明亮，超级无敌好，前台妹子服务态度很好，没有带手机充电器把自己个人充电器借给我，感觉好好的，干净卫生，环境安静，停车方便，交通方便，价格优惠，房间超级大，服务好，很好，非常好，热情，温暖温馨，棒，必须赞????下次还要过来

公司出差一共订了6个房间，给我们分的全是靠马路的，晚上睡不着。
酒店前台服务非常差，雨伞是坏的，合不拢。退伞的时候让我稍等，来人入住就急忙给人办入住。收钱比退钱殷勤。
最差的是前一天想把发票开好，第二天直接赶车，因为钱都已经付过了。结果核对房间核对了40分钟，新人可以理解。无语的是跟我说全武汉都开不了专票。当天晚上核对以后已经很晚了。就说既然核对清楚了就第二天再开发票。
第二天换了两个服务员，问我们要不要开专票？！然后又重新核对了一遍房间……最后实在要赶车，就留了地址，让她们给寄到公司。
酒店优点：空调比旁边酒店强多了，新装修的也比较干净，9层晚上过道间能闻到浓郁的菜香??……

房间很新，装修也很好，我们是过年回去住的，被子柔软细腻舒服，洗澡热水很大，价钱也不贵，性价比很高，下次还会再住。还免费停车，附近交通也方便。
