浴室太差 没有浴霸 24小时热水也没有 衣柜连衣架都没准备 床铺居然没有准备多的被子 太差劲了

酒店空调是不可以用的，问前台说是坏的，电视也不可以看，晚上太冷了问前台要被子，结果给了一个巨脏的被子，上边全是黄色的脏东西，很恶心，咱服务员换，结果告知就这一条了，原本订了两天，第二天早上果断的换了，要不是到武汉太晚了，当天就不住了。。。

酒店设施奇差，空调坏的，半夜能把人冻醒，电视机看不了，卫生间味道重，牙刷是街边招待所的那种，还是坏的，可收的房价是三四星的价格，免费也不会再住进来了……

服务很好，房间空调基本上算是摆设，完全没用，洗澡水也小得要命，窗外面修路，离高架桥又近太吵，反正除前台服务点赞，硬件太差了
