每次到武汉都住这家酒店，这次的体验特别不好，带着我家狗狗入住的，订的豪华套房，洗衣机没有，房间里面味道很大，打了电话给换了房间，门把手是坏的，洗衣机没有烘干功能，声音特别大。退房以后出门因为临时车牌等了特别久，前台说不明白。
