每次出差都住这，硬件和服务都一般，还涨价，房间连不上网，打电话给客房中心说明情况，结果跟我说了句，那你到底要怎样？我们也没办法！怎么就能这么理直气壮呢

设施陈旧，洗澡放热水很久不热，有点温水，草草洗澡了，结果第二天感冒发热了，头痛去医院验血化验，医生说先吃药看看，不行要挂水打针了！希望elong网帮我联系，把医药费（不多）给我报销了！

酒店位置不好，交通不方便，武汉本身塞车严重，在这儿到车如同中大奖。房间设施陈旧，墙纸脱离，与4星不符。
