离万松园、步行街很近，节日期间这个价位很划算了，而且还有地下车库，免费停车，如果对住宿条件要求不是太高的话推荐入住

外墙是有点旧，位置离江滩骑单车需要30分钟。
内部设施也比较旧，但是卫生还是相对正常，住的是15楼，有纱窗，所以第一晚住没有蚊子。基本设施空调，淋浴间，座式马桶，电视机，衣架都是有，床单穿洞这个就没办法了，毕竟198双人房，没有异味算不错了，晚上比较安静。
总体来说性价比还是可以，只是外墙，前台，电梯比较旧。
