说实话酒店这么多年了，房间设施设备太陈旧，局部也装修过，为什么房间的硬件不换换呢？订的商务房，房间有股下水道味，跟前台联系，那个男服务员跟我换成了高级间，这间空调又没风，后来又帮我换了间才稍微强点，虽说服务可以，后来主动致电来道歉，后续要求相应也得到满足，看得出比较用心，这点值得表扬，不象其他酒店有事询问，就说这个不该我管，然后给我个电话让我自己询问，像是踢皮球样，但是服务归服务，但房间实在太陈旧，希望硬件加强.
