艺龙订的房付了房款，到酒店说没查到预订，至少在前台反复打电话艺龙客服近1个小时才解决。过程太漫长又艰难，很扫兴。前台戴眼镜王先生和礼宾部黄经理服务不错，给过生日的孩子提供了生日蛋糕，谢谢你们！客房卫生状况有待改善，尤其是厕所有异味！浴盐盒子里有小虫，可能是久没客人用过，其它都可以接受！
