硬件没得说。餐饮质量较差。那些说早餐丰富的都是托吗？度假酒店早餐竟然到十点就收。入住办理很慢！！退房很慢！！

给酒店服务打一星，主要原因是餐饮。毕竟是希尔顿，硬件没得说。人员服务也很好。下面着重说一下餐饮：1、早餐奇差。别说其他希尔顿，比较国内五星酒店都不如。品类少，质量差。（西餐类沙拉，面包，甜点都很不好。中餐类品种一般。炒饭，炒面巨硬，上一次吃这么硬的炒面还是N年前在一家快捷酒店）取餐极分散；2、意大利餐，不怎么正宗。牛排做的极差。（但披萨还可以）；3、房间零点的果盘极差。非常非常凉！品质极差！
