亲子的话，真的不如去光谷希尔顿。几乎没有儿童游玩区域。而且卫生条件也不如光谷希尔顿。

选择希尔顿是因为有亲子酒店的标签。酒店餐厅有一个小游乐场，儿子很喜欢。但是平心而论，大多数亲子酒店提供的针对儿童的服务都要远超这家，送儿童拖鞋是最起码的，有的送玩具、有的送水果甜品、有的送儿童洗漱用品，只能说希尔顿没啥亮点。整体来说，硬件设施不错，位置很好，就在江边。但是服务不行，五星酒店里应该算差的。进酒店大堂连个开门的都没有，看着我一人拿几件行李，没人帮忙，没人开门。酒店大堂的人站着都不知道干啥，之前住过很多家希尔顿，都不是这样的，服务要像日航学习。
