1月20日我入住武汉洪广大酒店，前台服务员不仅服务热情、还十分周到为我进行了房间免费升级；同时业务熟练地替我办理入住手续。来到房间后发现，房间硬件设施完备，并提前开了空调；整个房间干净卫生，使人有宾至如归的温馨感觉。酒店地处武昌的中心，地铁、公交、餐饮都十分便捷。以后我还会再住的！
