其他都还好，前台服务也不错。但是，打扫卫生的阿姨服务很差，毛巾有染色的东西导致有痕迹，不说自己好好清理，直接就让赔偿，后来管我要赔偿毛巾100元。这毛巾都是重复洗了用的，再怎么也不用100吧？而且第二天继续入住，连拖着也不给摆放新的，上一天的你摆边上我不怪你。可客户又付一天房费了，是用旧的还是用新的是客户的权利，打扫卫生阿姨的态度和服务都非常不专业，和酒店整体水平不匹配，建议再培训或者辞退换人！最后前台沟通后没有给我扣款，但房间服务确实差！
