住的六号楼双人间，不推荐。因为，298元每夜的房子，服务水准完全抵不上这个价格。首先，设施陈旧，洗手台上充满霉斑，到了晚上，洗澡的高峰时间，水流小到发指。前台服务员态度差，尤其是一位女服务员，很多次都不看着顾客讲话。早上到了九点，客房服务员就开始敲门要求打扫，干扰休息，非常不专业。这是华中科技大学后勤集团自营的宾馆，优势就是在校内，方便。但是里面的硬软件服务完全对不起这个价格。

大学里的招待所水准的住宿条件。曾经有几个高中同学在这里学习过，转眼我的孩子也要大学毕业了，特地来感受学校氛围的。校园很大，国内排第十，很漂亮，南临光谷，背依喻家山，绿树成荫，校园内有小🚌、也有共享🚴♀️，餐厅可以办张临时卡，品种丰富。

10号楼在东校区，住宿环境还是很不错的，设施也算的比较新，空调是挂式空调（1号楼的中央空调春秋是不开的）。
