酒店设施有些旧，总体还不错。退房的时候有些郁闷，明明没有动房间的消费品，她硬说我有消费，搞的很郁闷的说。

该怎么说。服务不错，房间的插座没有电，给前台打电话无人接，前台mm一直臭脸对人，搞不懂哎！卫生间不干净，马桶都不刷干净，吹风机居然没有头，直接看到风扇。定的是标间，到后发现变的单间，但房间明显是搬走一张床呀！我很郁闷呀！整体还行，服务有待提高，价位也不便宜呀！不过距离武昌站确实近呀！武汉人不错呀！
