按理讲，这些都是应该酒店送到客人房间的，这才真正能体现出你们的服务意识，即使是前台领，也应该你们主动拿出来，让客人去要，有点。。。，看看大酒店的做法吧，赚送的水果都是送到客人房间的。
还有，酒店最近装修，把客人直接安排给刚装修完但还不能入住的房间。办理入住时就跟前台人员讲过这房间能住，还振振有词地说都住过几拨客人了，真不把客人的安全当回事。
这样的酒店，不住也罢。反正我是不再来了。
