501商务房，空调外机声音吓人，台面到处是灰，入住前开了窗户，床比较舒服，电视刚调整为网络电视，无法看电视，技术人员也搞不定！再住一晚就要换房间。

这个酒店是我同价位里面体验最差的，没有之一！
登记完前台说给我们升级了，我一想挺好呀。原来是这样的。
1.到上面后，房卡刷不开，无奈到前台重新弄，再上来，还是刷不开门，你**这是开玩笑呢？
2.房间暖气真感人，开了一晚上，温度愣是没提上来，武汉的冬天，就你们提供的这被子，这温度。救济院这么干估计都违法。
3.隔音效果，啧啧啧，你听个床真的没问题，斜对门！斜对门！斜对门打麻将。不绝于耳。早晨八点就传来了不知道装修还是什么敲击的声音。
4.地巾没有，淋浴大的莲蓬头坏的，房间里灯光太差了。
