位于武汉市中心洪山广场，地方还是挺不错的，挺好找的。原来是铁路局的酒店。整体环境还是挺不错的，服务员态度也很好。尤其是晚上我们马桶堵了，打了客服，很快就来了两个师傅帮忙处理，还很客气的跟我们说打扰我们休息了。而且价格还是比较优惠的.

酒店位置好，交通方便，服务不错，早餐还可以，儿童不收费，武汉的酒店如此大气，难得，房间设施齐全，墙壁略显旧，不过还说的过去，住酒店就几天而已，计较过多没有必要，酒店管理不错，服务人员素质及服务态度均不错。 .

酒店设备不错,很干净,环境也很好,公交,地铁都很方便!提前电话联系,服务也很好!只是有一点不太舒服,我们一起订了四个房间,上午十一点左右办理入住时,只有两个标间退房了,单间还没有,我们提前把四个房间的押金都付了,前台妹妹很热情的告诉我们会给我们优先安排好一个楼层的另两个单间,让我们放心去游玩,晚上过来直接报前两个房号就可以啦!结果等我们晚上九点回来入住时,前台的帅哥先是告诉我们预订取消了,当我们告诉他已经付过押金啦,他给我们两个不同楼层的两个房间,还告诉我们只有这两间,住就住,不住没有房间........
