装修新，接近四星吧。服务员也很热情有礼貌。不足的是卫生不干净，第一天入住，地板粘糊糊的，镜子和洗手台都是擦过的水痕，枕头是没用枕套的时候可以看到，发黄了。走去黄鹤楼不远，十分钟左右，去户部巷五分钟，去码头六七分钟。早餐20一位，免费停车，离地铁站远。楼下有便利店。

入住后第二天不会有人打电话询问是否续住 第二天续房时被告知房间不能续住 大堂经理助理处理事情不是很让人满意 总的来说 虽说网上说是四星 但是感觉很不好

酒店地理位置好，到户部街、中华路码头都很方便！重要的是酒店感觉，服务态度好，我换了2次房，依然周到！另外，酒店早晨丰盛，特别是做热干面的姐姐态度非常！
