非常好，到武汉长江大桥，黄鹤楼，户部巷小吃风情街，轮渡码头都步行可到，吃的很多，下次再来。

酒店位置离黄鹤楼，户部巷都很近，晚上可以到户部巷吃晚饭，然后到江边散步，登上长江大桥眺望江面，十分惬意。
酒店环境温馨，房间里干净，舒适，还有一个沙发???一个办公的写字台。卫生间宽敞不局促，洗澡水水流水温都很合适。
酒店前台，大堂经理乃至服务员都很热情，见到客人都主动打招呼。

很好的一次旅行，酒店有家的感觉，干净卫生 服务态度非常好而且很耐心的讲解各个景点的位置。尤其是宾客关系主任焦安运非常感谢 ，他对我们的服务态度非常好👍为我们讲解出行的安排与景点的位置，满意的一次旅行。

服务很好👍地理位置也很方便，虽然酒店设施不是很高档，但胜在贴心的服务，还有早餐的热干面不错👍符合北方人的口味，性价比高，必须好评

印象深刻的就是服务很好，非常热情的帮拿行李，婆婆拉锁坏了还帮着修理，非常感谢那个徐海涛经理.酒店设施可以，房间有点小，早餐很丰盛，这次去武汉感受最深的就是武汉人的热情，虽然下着雨很冷但心里却很暖
