房卡重新搞了5次，开门依然要刷卡后，从一数到九，搞笑不？设施陈旧，周边没有地铁，位置有点偏，唯一可圈点的是早餐。

位置相对较远，但环境很好，安静，在东湖旁，可看到湖面，服务态度好！但有一点，我本来在同程预定两晚大床房，后改了一天标间，前台让我第二天再去换房，退房时竟没按照同程价格收取大床房费，感觉被骗了！
