以前就是因为前台的服务水平差，有段时间没有选择入住这里，比起相隔不远的维也纳酒店的前台接待，这里的服务水平有待提高，隔了很久再来这里，发现依然还是需要提高。定了两个豪华双人房，有一间因为在餐厅旁边，五点多就会影响到睡眠，我们要求更换，他们说没有豪华双人房了，我们要求换同等价格的大床房，他们说可以，本来很简单的事，前台要求我们自己在手机上下载铂涛进行扫描，等这些弄好了，又告诉我们需要补差价20元，我说刚刚不是说有房可以更换同等价格的吗？他又说刚刚旁边的接待员定出去，我又问他既然换不同价格的为什么不先问我一下，我觉得这是接待员起码的服务常识，我没觉得顾客就是上帝，但是价格不同，你至少应该问一下顾客，这是起码的尊重，不是20块钱的问题，整个接待过程都没有让人有宾至如归、如沐春风的感觉，这是这个酒店最失败的地方
