住这家酒店是因为离校近。谁知道，却给排了个KTV 旁边的一间房。窗口是对着大楼空调排放口，没办法开窗。房间太吵，通知酒店后，大堂一女性客服让人来检查，最后给我们一间价格更高的房间. 谁知却是一间价位还偏低的标准房 （我订的是大床房），窗户对着一栋墙。客服的敷衍态度，让我当时很不高兴. 马上要求见经理。这位经理最后把事情很好的解决，那时已经深夜11:30 了。经理第二天还以学校的名义给我们排了带花园阳台的大床房。

因为是自驾旅行，入住前就致电要求留一间安静的房间保证休息，结果到店后房间留的是最吵的方位，窗户正对十字路口的中心，晚上被吵得无法入睡。酒店的服务和位置都不推荐入住。
