只能说徒有其表，四星级酒店只有四星的大堂，房间很小，不是介绍标注的面积，清明节武汉降温，房间竟然没有空调。失望。希望艺龙等网站也本着负责任的态度：考查一下酒店，如实介绍。

位置很好，离循礼门地铁站大概七八分钟。设施虽然有点陈旧但是卫生很好。前台服务员服务态度挺好，就是离开的时候被误会用了付费洗漱盒，前台经理态度很差，还不如服务人员，在明明有错的情况下还急赤白脸的，不知道怎么做管理层的。

放了卫生纸在吹风口完全吹不起来，太热了，设施太差了，有见过四星级酒店用风扇的吗？客服人员说我们心不静，他跑跑跳跳都不出汗，要我怎么说才好呢
