本人在同程预付预订了初三，初四二天的标间，可以在入住前免费取消的。因本人的行程发生变化，只能住一天，要取消必须二天都得同时取消，再订一天可能也订不到，初二傍晚本着试试看的想法给同程客服打了电话，看能不能协调，结果不到10分钟告知可以，直接去入住。后来到酒店后又给同程打了电话，同程立马电话协调，很快办理了入住，对同程客服敬业精神和为客户着想的企业宗旨深表感谢。目前一天退款正在途中。酒店位置好找，小伙子办理入住快捷，房间干净整洁，网络信号很好，电吹风拖鞋洗漱用品齐全，24小时热水，有免费早餐，质量很好，只是准点去的人，食品比较丰盛，后去的食品上的速度跟不上。该酒店离黄鹤楼，长江大桥，昊华林，户部巷，江边风光带比较近，是理想的住宿酒店。
