酒店环境不错，房间也还不错，不太满意的有：1、五一这两天酒店不提供空调，晚上还好，白天还是有点热滴/2、早上洗手盆的水龙头有热水，但是淋浴没热水，不能洗澡，很奇怪的说。

基本硬件尚可，可是房间内只有网络接口，没有网线，能上网是我选择这家酒店的主要原因，联系前台，竟说没有网线提供，我提出网上提示有宽带，回答是有的房间配备网线，有的没有，无语，建议艺龙把此店宽带一栏免费改为需凭运气。
