装修陈旧，房间局促，厕所顶灯不亮，两个淋浴头只有一个开关，一开都开一关都关，另一个开关已损坏。没有抽纸，没有浴袍，没有棉棒化妆棉护理套装，空调制热效果一般，窗帘陈旧不干净。卧室地板砖已经磨损掉色。电话也摸着脏脏的没有擦洗。特别是，电梯在二楼，从一楼大厅要自己搬箱子走楼梯，到二楼才有电梯。
