一，订的豪标，配备是有电脑，然而，给我的普标！如图电脑没有！前台还虚情假意说我订的普标，给我豪标，我下的订单上面有写是豪标！而且，你明明给我普标，摸着良心不会痛吗？！为了不冤枉你们前台，我一早问了客房，我的房间果然不是豪标！！拼床，明明大堂2个小伙，你叫个老阿姨来，一进来就说她拼不动，得让我们一起，好，明着让客人动手，第一次在所谓挂牌4星酒店看到！二。一早在门口敲东西被敲醒，才8点！不是所有客人都早起，特别带孩子，开门一看是在订做柜子，施工人还说酒店特意要早点，说了有小孩在睡觉，就停了，过了几分钟，又开始了，施工人员说上头必须让做，全程两次，客房员工都在场，竟然得让我自己打电话协调，从被吵醒到停工协调半个小时，既然安排了一早施工，为什么还让我们住这房间！三。以上两个算偶发事件的话，房间设施床很硬，马桶坐垫都掉一块块的了，枕套是臭的，要了新床单把两张床铺一起，重点来了，新的床单浆过，所以手感略硬，而床上原先的非常软！睡了一晚，睡过地方就软比没睡到的软了些，那就是你是否真有做到一客一换！这个价格，这样的设施，比快捷酒店还不如！还挂牌四星，就最高几层是客房，当中几层租出去办公楼，同用电梯！
