酒店是新开的进房间还有一股装修的味道，周围环境还不错，离地铁口很近，但是卫生状况很差，号称是四星级……浴室里放洗发精的位置有一大撮大头发，第二天还没清理掉，我们两个人定了标准间前台小姐只给了一张早餐券……what……我们两个人只能一个人吃早饭么？希望酒店方面有待加强

房间隔音超差，半夜12点还有人在搬桌子拖椅子，吵得人没法睡觉，投诉后说什么是培训机构在酒店搞活动，都是客人叫我们理解他们……我也是醉了……白天不搬桌子天天晚上拖，白天在会议室哇啦哇啦跟搞传销一样的，真心无语……房间特地交代请换床单，还特地和打扫的说了，换床单的牌子也放床上了，结果没换，毛巾什么的也不换……无语……跟前台说，因为他们没有客房部只能打前台，结果前台态度很敷衍，过了很久没来人，我再打一次，前台说话就很凶的说你在等等，急什么，晚上没人，都在忙……请问你们白天干嘛了？

新酒店还不错，十一期间的出行能订到酒店就很满意了！缺点是房间内无信号无窗，这个跟同价位的酒店就是最大的劣势！

位置各方面还不错，就是不太好找，地毯上还有食物残渣床上也有毛发，最不能接受的是房间手机完全没有信号。

首先前台和餐厅服务员基本上没有微笑服务，最基本的都没有做到。当然也许这是由于是政府单位的原因。进到房间，感觉房间比较小，淋浴间的密封性很差，洗澡的时候水全部流出来了，然后房间的细节卫生做的很不好，床头板上很多地方都有灰尘。早上不到七点，就听见服务员拉窗帘的声音。唯一的优点就是地理位置好，离中南路近。其他的真的希望好好改进下
