退房时等了快半小时，然后又说地毯上弄了油渍，让我们赔偿！就几滴油就要两百块钱！实在是不能理解！而且还说不能算是消费项目！找他们要赔偿规定也没有拿给我们看！为了他们打扫卫生方便，我们垃圾都没有敢往垃圾箱里扔，专门找了个袋子装垃圾！就有几滴就要二百元！太不可思议了！而且前台居然还说不是消费！我掏的两百元不是我的消费吗？住了这么多年的新世界第一次如此态度！心里很不舒服！
