价格比较高，环境硬件设施有些偏旧，火车站附近的酒店环境硬件设施都很不错，位置出行也很方便，价格有些偏高，现在经济危机觉得价格偏高，而且现在酒店的入住率也不高，适值得推荐的酒店类型。

虽然该酒店挂牌五星级，但硬件设施实在不敢恭维，本人很客气的讲，其软硬件都不及北京三星级的标准，入住后有一种上当的感觉。本人入住的是其酒店所谓的高级标准间，价格358/晚，破桌子椅子、还有很多被烟头烧过的非常明显的痕迹，沙发坐上去一不小心能把你漏下去。。。很无奈，本来打算住两天，但第二天经朋友推荐又赶紧退房去了建设大道的四星级高雄酒店，相对要好些。

这个五星级酒店太老了，配套，硬件设施都久了，住了一天我就走了，感觉不好，但是他的位置真的是挺不错的。

可能是价格比较便宜，所以在我办理了入住领完房卡之后就没有感觉有任何服务，而且酒店挨着火车站，周边环境有点杂乱，交通方面可能比较好吧，我一般都打车出入，所以没有特别感觉。
