地段不错，出门有地铁有公交去省博物馆/户部巷/江边/东湖都方便，设施好，安静。性价比高，多是公司客户。唯一不足是附近没美食/购物街，幸好地铁D出口负一楼有美食广场可以吃饭。

附楼设施略陈旧，卫生一般，卫生间有发霉处。近地铁四号线，方便出行，几乎所有景点都可在此出发或倒地铁。
早餐太差，有损保利形象与名声。 以前在主楼住多次，早餐在一楼。附楼住客早餐在二楼，不同地方无所谓，但不要有巨大差异，还不如一些商务酒店同等价位提供的早餐。
