中秋节前两天去的，酒店硬件设施不错，小朋友玩的地方也很多！但是前台待客态度一般，退房时排长队！后来有一位貌似大堂经理的男士出来帮忙后，才缓解了局面！

非常适合带孩子，下汉洪高速就到了，武汉市亲子度假酒店胜地，棋牌，游泳，蝴蝶谷，奥特莱斯，婚纱摄影基地，都非常不错，停车也不用超心，早餐比市区酒店还丰富，好评好评

酒店很新 建筑设计和内部设备都很棒。可能由于地理原因 暂时除了会议较少其他人入住但本次预定性价比很高！推荐！

酒店硬件设施不错，服务实在是一般，根本不具备五星酒店得服务水平。收费项目一堆，卡丁车收费，动物农场收费。大热天室内游泳池像下饺子的，宣传的室外的游泳池全部没开，不知道宣传的意义在哪？？？周边设施荒凉无比，说有个奥特莱斯，开了跟没开一样，应该不会再来。
