只能说一个流氓酒店，不是服务员的问题，付了款交了费，晚上发现开不了空调，就找酒店，回答是：酒店加入环保联盟了，开空调是用电的，所以不提供！生意人忽悠别人的一套冠冕堂皇的说词！！那你有本事别收我的房费啊？第二天果断离店

是一个服务很到位的酒店，离户部巷非常的近走路即可到达，酒店前台接待热情，设施虽然有些老旧，卫生间地漏有味道，但是房间整体很宽敞舒适，有停车场很方便，适合自驾游以及带小朋友的家庭，并且提供免费早餐，是性价比非常高的酒店，整体满意这次入住。不过艺龙的客服很不满意，迟迟不能办理订单确认，并且拒绝按承诺返现，非常不满意艺龙服务。

位置很好，离黄鹤楼和武汉长江大桥都很近，旁边就是户部巷。就是房间有点小，送了早餐券，早餐品种还行。
