当时预付款的时候是有双人早餐的，结果到酒店拿卡登记时，说没有早餐，因为酒店厨房放假了，就这一句话，还说不想住，自己在网上申请退房，这前台什么服务态度，你厨房放假你就别放网上预付双早啊！这种欺骗行为真的是可耻，以后大家慎重考虑。
