服务和五星级真的不成正比…入住办手续时，前台真的一副很臭的嘴脸，名牌是吴**，要不是提前订好的，真的当时就想走人了。 装修和设施还是挺好的。房间很干净，有一点不足的是。隔音效果太太差了，隔壁看电视，小孩说话的声音听的一清二楚…。走的时候又有一个小插曲，房间里送了水果和薯片，退房也很不负责，都没有要人检查房间后就直接给我退房。都出酒店了打个电话来说，薯片要收钱…就一小桶，请问要是我已经离开酒店了你要怎么收我的钱…要收费的话就别和送的水果放在一起…
