卫生，主要是空调柜机脏得不能看，进风口被灰尘飞絮堵实了，出风口黑乎乎的霉。房价装饰挂的白色布幔成了灰色。卫生间装修比较新，还不错。服务态度确实是很好。

酒店配不上酒店的大名，还皇家，重点还是什么皇家酒店！首先是被子，一晚上身上好痒，感觉有东西似的。这次住房换了两次房，一次是灯光太暗，主灯都不怎么亮，后面换到另一个房，好，人进去了门关了准备打反锁时门把手居然掉了，请看图！我们特地是来武汉玩的，一路又累又热想赶紧休息却不行呀，体验很差。后面干脆还是住不怎么亮的房了。最最最重要的事，这是本人第一次住开门是朝外不是朝内的房，也没有防盗锁，把椅子挡在门边发现是徒劳的。服务员的态度一般把，会及时到，这个不假。酒店电梯是公共的，谁都可以上去，觉得安全性不高，电梯坐上去声音挺大，有点担心。酒店旁边就是地铁站，很便利，也不假。以上供大家参考，从没这么多，是真的感受，可以谨慎选择。
