第一次遇到服务差到极点的酒店，因为是续房，所以房间都没人打扫，晚上八点回来发现房间没人打扰，就找了楼层阿姨过来打扫一下，然后出门，晚上12点回来一看，好家伙，床单被套什么都没换，矿泉水没加，浴袍我扔在哪里，还是在哪里，浴帽头天破的扔在洗漱台上，打扫完还是在洗漱台上，茶几上的油还是粘粘的在那里，拖鞋也一双没给我换，茶杯也不洗，好嘛，我就把值班经理叫过来，他说现在太晚，保洁阿姨在打扫别的房间，行，那你就帮我打扫吧，你作为一个经理，你平时是怎么管理的？我续房少付了一分钱么？续房就不需要做卫生么？你这家星级酒店的时候服务还不如一家普通的连锁酒店，我一晚上几百大洋，你们就是这么给我服务的么？今天我就要曝光你们酒店的服务，这是我有史以来体验最差的一次星级酒店服务
