酒店就在湖边，挺不错的，房间大，床又软，三人间其实是两张小床加一张大床，中间有帘子，真的很棒，但是洗手间水槽有股异味，还有就是离地铁口远了点，其他都很好.

已经特别通过携程来提供担保，但是酒店还是没有保留双床房间，到酒店后临时调整了一个大床房间，特别不爽。如果是大床房间根本不需要预定和担保了。这已经是携程第二次爽约了。以后需要考虑其他的服务商了，不能只依靠携程了。

+最大的优点就是可以看到东湖的景色，住在5层，视觉无阻挡*不足的是环境一般，卫生设施一般，洗手台有点脏，希望浴室的设计再加强一些
