29号去酒店居然没空调！让我大吃一惊！从来没有住过没有空调的酒店，后来想想凑合睡了，还是有一点影响心情的，不过还好第二天来电了！服务是可以的，要求送达的东西也很快的送到了，蛮好的吧

服务极差，前台态度差到极点，我们订了三个标间，然后说只有两个了，非要给我们换成大床房，或者低一个等级的房间，我们不同意，还非得说这是给我们解决问题呢。总之，这态度，也是逆天了。
