第一次来武汉就选择了这家酒店，说实在的超级垃圾，身为酒店经理的人员服务态度差不说，还歧视外地客人，对于应尽的义务不履行也就算了，说话语气太差，投诉了你们，结果呢，到现在都没给一个说法！一个经理的素质决定了你们酒店服务的质量，以后永远都不会选择你们家酒店，还四星级酒店呢，就这服务态度？大家最好选择其他酒店入住，别花钱买气受！

酒店前台工作人员服务态度真的很好，对，就是那位戴着眼镜的美女姐姐，她在这么多客人的催促下有条不紊的把每一件事都给处理妥当了，很有耐心，点个赞。

垃圾，办理入住和退房都排队半天。退房时候非说我没法核实。非不退我押金，态度还很不好。最后我拿手机，我让他看我显示已经入住。墨迹半天才退押金。第一次见这种。说我押金退可以但是得支付宝微信给他们转押金。搞笑垃圾。好心情全没了
