酒店环境和服务非常好，因为艺龙工作人员的问题，订房订单没有和我联系，多订的了一个房间，酒店联系后，当天给予了退房，艺龙却要求酒店和他们联系，酒店还是积极配合，对于这样的5星酒店，有担当有配套设施，值得下次继续入住。

酒店整体来说，很舒适，干净！值得推荐！
1、从位置上来说：位于市中心，离汉口火车站和机场都比较近。酒店周边本应交通便利，但武汉现在到处修地铁，路堵，打车较难，出行有点不便。酒店位于汉口，而黄鹤楼等景点都位于武昌，如果观光旅游不建议住在汉口。
2、设施\服务\卫生：果然是老牌的五星酒店，酒店布置的很温馨，干净整洁。游泳池虽然不是标准的，但非常干净，带小朋友的特别适合。

住了三天只送了一天果盘，水果放了三天了也不收拾。周围修地铁，到处堵车。不好打车，不好到酒店，太后悔了！
服务人员挺不错，很热情，估计地铁修好之前暂时不会考虑入住这里啦，

周围修地铁，太乱了。酒店有点年头了，但是服务还是很好。因为有孩子随行，客房服务员特意送了儿童洗发露和沐浴露拖鞋，出入时大堂经理都会热情地打招呼。

离火车站很近，酒店不错，空间大，床大，闺蜜都很满意。晚上有蚊子只是让总台送灭蚊器，结果楼层经理还打电话道歉，还让服务员送来水果。真的很不错！再来武汉，还会选这里！
