每次去泛海都是住的这家酒店，很方便，酒店设施服务都还不错，房间不紧张的时候会自动跟你延到下午四点退房，挺好的。

住了好几次了，整体环境都很好，也比较新！布草客房水剂也不错，一次性剃须刀很好用！早餐标准吧，没有亮点！就是洗脸池旁边没有垃圾桶，要不去房间扔，要不去卫生间扔！一次性牙刷袋子用完的抽纸不太方便！

酒店设施还是挺新的，房间不是特别大，但符合一般五星级的标准。浴缸没有浴盐，其他备品都还可以。床头柜台面是玻璃面的，很明显的灰尘，后来叫了除尘处理稍微好一点。有一扇可以打开一点点的窗户，结果一拉开，好多灰尘掉下来，估计平时没人开，也就没打扫这个地方。床很舒服，喜来登的床一贯都不差。
