酒店方面一如既往的好，但同程真心不想评价，订单19号就预定好，也收到信息预定成功，今天来入住却被告知没有预定，长达一个小时的解决沟通才勉强入住，由于同程的失误导致没有住到喜欢的房间，同程也没有因为他们的失误有任何说法
