酒店位置很方便，出了地铁站就是！旁边就是凯德广场很多好吃的，吃喝玩应有尽有，还有地下停车场可以直达酒店，房间卫生，服务到位，态度和蔼

这是我记忆中的第二次了，上一次入住，订一房给两房，好，算了，时间不早了，我也懒得折腾，但进了房间竟然有莫名出现的个人物品出现。这一次，我再来，还是订一房给两房，这是什么情况，一个人住要两房干什么，你们自己又不是不知道2房是多少面积有几个房间，美其名曰叫升级，但给我造成困扰好像不叫升级而是你们自己管理失当后找的借口吧。因急着进房间整理物件马上又要出去办事，我再次妥协。我要求管理方必须给我说法，但直到我退房，离店，都没有人和我沟通。你们的管理真的很糟糕。
